This second-floor restaurant, built with a view of George Town's harbor, serves up seafood accompanied by an extensive wine list. Lobster and surf and turf are the order of the day, as well as grilled salmon filet, mango chicken, cayman turtle steak, seafood curry, and cracked conch.

Save this one for a special night out; prices are high, even by Cayman standards. A children's menu is available here; if you bring the kids, don't miss tarpon feeding time between 6:30 and 6:45.

The restaurant is open for lunch on weekdays only and dinner nightly.
